All hoisting applications must be accompanied by a valid DOT Medical Card. If you don’t have one, don’t worry! We will have a physician on-site the day of the class offering DOT physicals for $100!
Simply arrive 15 minutes early the morning of the class to sign-up with the doctor. During the class, you will be called out to meet with the doctor to perform your physical. You will leave that afternoon with your own laminated DOT medical card!

What is a DOT Medical Certificate?
DOT is an acronym for Department of Transportation. The DOT physical is a basic physical to check your eyes, ears, blood pressure, etc. There is a urine test which is not a drug test, but checks for diabetes. You may be diabetic, you just need to have it under control. Since you will be operating large pieces of equipment capable of doing some heavy damage, the state wants to know you are in good health.
Depending upon your health, a DOT Medical Certificate can be good for 3 months to 2 years. If you are in good health, you will typically receive a two-year certificate.
The physician at the class will accept all forms of payment. There will be a processing fee for credit cards.
People using the physician at the class will receive their DOT Certificate that day.
